Tender and very sweet, stores well and stays crisp. Packed with flavor and nutrients. Generous yields. Nearly coreless and great for canning. Outstanding in heavier soils and ideal variety for over-wintering. Blocky-topped, tapered roots chunk up nicely at 6-7 1/2 in. More-than-generous yields. Stores well and stays crisp.
